Khalid AlSulaiman

Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care 

Dr. Khalid A. Alsulaiman is a consultant critical care clinical pharmacist  and an assistant professor in pharmacy practice. Currently, he serves as the program director for critical care pharmacy residency at King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh. Dr. Alsulaiman completed his bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from King Saud University (KSU) in 2011, followed by postgraduate studies at King Abdulaziz Medical City. He completed PGY-1 in 2013 and PGY-2 in critical care in 2016, becoming a board-certified critical care pharmacist by both American and Saudi councils. Additionally, he acquired American board certification in nutritional support in 2018 and is a board-certified nutritional support pharmacist. Dr. Alsulaiman furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a Swiss Business School in 2021. He was designated as a fellow in the American College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM) in 2022 and graduated from the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training (GCSRT) Program from Harvard Medical School, United States, in 2023.

Dr. Ohoud Aljuhani, a distinguished faculty member in Pharmacy Practice specializing in critical care pharmacotherapy, stands as a beacon of innovation and leadership in her field. As a Consultant Critical Care Pharmacist with over a decade of experience, Dr. Aljuhani has left an indelible mark on critical care pharmacy.

Abdullah Al-Harthi

Financial Supervisor

Dr.Abdullah is the head of the Clinical Pharmacy department and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at Shaqra University. Also, he is a Critical Care clinical pharmacist. Dr.Abdullah completed his PharmD in 2017 from Taif University. Then, he joined King Abdulaziz Medical City- National Guard Health Affairs as a PGY1 resident in 2018. After that, in 2021, he completed his PGY2 in critical care at KAMC-Ryiadh. Dr.Abdullah is a dual American board-certified specialist in pharmacotherapy and critical care.

Aisha Al-Harbi

Board Member

Aisha Alharbi is an Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacist. She completed her PharmD from King Abdulaziz University with the 1st honorary degree in 2018. Following that, she completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program at king Abdulaziz University Hospital and her PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Infectious Disease from King Abdulaziz Medical City-Western Region. Aisha was awarded with several research awards during both her internship and residency. She participated in research teaching courses in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Medina. She also organized and supervised the 1st pharmacy research summer school that ended with training 25 students and conducting 5 different clinical research projects.

Mai Alalawi

Dr. Mai Alalawi is a hematology/oncology clinical pharmacist. She completed her PharmD degree from King Abdulaziz University in 2018 with 1st-degree honors. In 2021, she graduated from the  International Pharmacy Practice Residency Program (ASHP accredited) at Children’s Cancer Hospital Cairo (57357) and then she pursued her career in the oncology field and earned the Saudi and the American board in Hematology/oncology clinical pharmacy after completing her training at King Abdulaziz Medical City- western region.

Mashael Al-Afifi

Dr. Mashael AlFaifi is critical care clinical pharmacist at King Saud Medical City (KSMC). Dr. Mashael received her PharmD degree from Jazan University in 2018. Shortly after graduation, she joined and completed PGY-1 residency program at King Saud Medical City (KSMC) in (2021). Additionally, she has been certified by the American Board as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist.  In 2022, Dr.Mashael complete her PGY-2 in Critical care residency program at King Abdulaziz Medical City- National guard health affairs (KAMC-CR).

Samiah Al-Sohimi

Dr. Samiah Alsohimi is a Critical care clinical pharmacist specialist. She received her PharmD degree from the College of Pharmacy at King Abdulaziz University in 2016. She started her career as pharmacist since 2017. Then, she completed her Saudi board Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency. Subsequently, she earnd her Saudi board Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residency specializes in critical care pharmacotherapy. Dr.Alsohimi, an American board-certified specialist in critical care pharmacotherapy.

Asma Al-Shehri

Board Member

Dr. Alshehri is a critical care clinical pharmacist. Her professional journey in pharmacy began in 2018 after graduating from King Khalid University.Then she completed her Pharmacy Residency Program (PGY1) at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh, followed by a PGY2 in Critical Care Specialty at National Guard Gealth Affairs, Riyadh, Saudi arabia, in 2023. She is an american board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist. Dr. Alshehri is actively engaged in various projects related to patient care and education, with several publications in the field of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) practices. Her research areas of interest include critical care, infectious disease, cardiology, and medical education.

Abeer A. Alenazi

Board Member

Abeer Alenazi is a hematology/oncology pharmacist at Prince Sultan Military Medical City. As of 2019, she has received her Pharm.D. from AlMaarefa University’s College of Pharmacy. Upon graduation, she gained two years of experience as a product specialist for GSK. Additionally, she has participated in research workshops and served on various committees. Following that, she completed a postgraduate pharmacy residency at Prince Sultan Military Medical City under the Saudi Board Postgraduate (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency (ASHP) accreditation.
